Meet Dave

For more than 21 years, Dave Gould has been helping buyers and sellers navigate Chicago’s residential real estate market with experience, knowledge, and a genuine passion for the city he calls home.

A lifelong Chicago-area resident, Dave grew up in River Forest and has called the city of Chicago home since the early 1990s. Over the years, he has lived in some of Chicago’s most distinctive neighborhoods—including Bucktown, Wicker Park, Old Town, Lincoln Park, Lakeview, Lincoln Square, and Streeterville—giving him a firsthand understanding of the unique character, lifestyle, architecture, and real estate opportunities that make each neighborhood special.
