Meet Dave
Dave has been a licensed NAR Member since 2005 and joined @properties Christie's International Real Estate in 2008. He recognizes that buying or selling a home is most likely the largest and most stressful financial decision a person will ever make and he represents every client with understanding and expertise to ensure a smooth and enjoyable transaction.
Dave grew up in the Oak Park/River Forest area and has been a resident of numerous Chicago neighborhoods including Bucktown, Wicker Park, Old Town, Lincoln Park, Lakeview, Lincoln Square, and Streeterville. Dave's keen understanding of the various neighborhoods benefits those who are new to the city as well as those who are not.
Dave's objective is to ensure the process of buying or selling a home is handled professionally from start to finish and he walks his clients through this process step by step with patience and knowledge. His clients include first-time buyers, investors, rehabbers, and sellers at all price points, in all neighborhoods, and for all types of properties (condos, single-family homes, and multi-unit buildings).
He approaches working with buyers as an educator, helping clients understand the complexities involved both before and after finding their dream home. He provides informed and trustworthy guidance during this process, understanding the importance of buyers having an advocate by their side.
When working with sellers Dave knows the importance of top-notch marketing (the reason he joined @properties Christie's International Real Estate) and communication. He is versed in market conditions, pricing analysis and values, home staging, and the importance of keeping sellers involved every step of the way.
Dave currently resides in West Lakeview with his wife Danielle and daughters; Emma and Lily.
